Free up your staff with your own in-house medical personnel. We can provide from first aider to nurse. They can also treat mental health as well as physical.

We can help you keep on top of your equestrian equipment as well as office equipment, vehicles, fire equipment and more.

When Needed

We can do one-off projects such as a policy or training course as and when you need them or maybe you have something temporary like an event and need something short term.

Partnership

We work with your in-house health and safety team or health and safety company to provide the things you need such as software, advice-line and services not in your portfolio. We can even white-label this service for health and safety company's

Managed Service

We can act as your health and safety department taking care of all your health and safety for you. We will provide you with a company portal too. If you are a health and safety company we can white-label this service for you

Managed Service

By letting us manage all your compliance at a fraction of the cost of an in-house person, you can save time to focus on what your organisation does best knowing your compliance is a success. 

Here are the modules you can include in your managed service. Once you know what you want, choose the membership packages you need.

Training

We manage your training matrix and train your staff when they need it. Staff also have access to free CPD training.

Equipment

We keep track of your equipment and take care of replenishing, inspections and testing including first aid kits and fire extinguishers.

Documentation

Don't worry about your policies and manuals. We monitor when they need renewing and making sure staff have read and understood them.

Portal

For your convenience, everything is kept inside your own portal such as documentation, training records and incident reporting.

Advice Line

Access to our highly trained H&S and safeguarding advisers is included to help you with any issues you may have.

Electrical

We make sure all your electrical safety is taken care of such as PAT testing, smoke detectors and preventive electrical checks.

Food Safety

We can help you stay on top of all your food compliance as we know your reputation is built on it.

Safeguarding

If you work with vulnerable adults and/or children then safeguarding is at the heart of all you do. We can help with policies, procedures and advice.

Property

We can keep an eye on all the maintenance and checks needed for your property such as your annual gas inspection.

Vehicles

With our system you can manage all your VDI's and keep track of vechicle maintenance, MOT's and everything else. Comes with DVLA integration.

DBS

Our system integrates with the DBS update service so you can check your staff and volunteers DBS when needed easily. You can also manage renewals.

Organisation Membership
Firstly purchase our organisation membership. This gives you everything you need to get started. You need this membership before you can purchase any other subscription with us.
Our organisation membership is almost £400 per year cheaper than the leading provider without the long-term contracts for a like for like service.

Location Subscription
If you need our optional site services, please order a subscription for each site you require us to look after.

Individual Membership
If you need our employee services such as the training matrix, select a membership for each employee.
