The qualification aligns with the Management Induction Standards (2016) and provides the learner with the knowledge and understanding to be able to move into a management role.\u00a0<\/p><p>This qualification is suitable for those learners who are either:\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>working at a level 3 and aspire to progress into management<\/li><li>working towards or working as managers (new in post), who wish to use this qualification to support with the Manager Induction Standards.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>How long will it take?<\/strong><\/p><p>The total qualification time for this qualification is 339 hours and of this 150 hours are is recommended as guided learning hours, which is approximately a 6 to 9 month programme.<\/p><p><strong>Topics covered<\/strong><\/p><p>Units include leadership and management, team leadership, governance, regulatory processes, relationship working, outcomes based and person centred practice, professional development, communication and information management, performance management, continuous improvement, safeguarding and protection, health and safety, equality and diversity, risk management, complaints management, managing self
